About The Art Show
This show is a coordinated effort of the Parent Association, Art Teacher, Cheilaugh Garvey, and 5/6 Suite Co-Teacher, Suzanne Cunningham, who also works as the Art Curator for Small World. A Rainbow of Voices! serves as both a community-building event and fundraiser. Proceeds from the art sold benefit the Princeton Junior School scholarship fund, which enhances the school by attracting exceptional students who represent diverse cultural and socioeconomic groups in our community.
A portion of the proceeds raised will also be supporting ArtSpace, a therapeutic local art program offered through HomeFront. ArtSpace believes that the human spirit needs nourishment - having an outlet where one can create art opens doors to new ways of thinking and helps people see themselves in new and beautiful ways. Funds will go towards purchasing art supplies needed to produce their upcoming show at the National Liberty Museum titled: This is My Home. For more information visit their website.
